The Bank allocates project funding to the banks, economic sectors, both newly-established and operating companies. The EBRD is the so-called hybrid bank which combines the functions of a development bank, providing medium- to and long-term loans, as well as banking guarantees, while at the same time acting as an investor, since the growing share of its operations are being implemented in the form of equity investments. The Agency of Industrial Marketing is Horizon’s associate member, having the chance to use financial capacities of the programme, develop its own project proposals and obtain funding as the project coordinators, with whom one can surely fight for the grants.
