What opportunities are out there for young people and do they make the most out of them? Which steps should be taken for professional growth? Yuriy Klek, an 18-year-old man knows the answers to these questions and eagerly shares them.

University education and theoretical knowledge are critical for the students who dream about making a successful career and having an exciting life-long occupation. In our digital era, you have to be willing to use every chance to grow and advance.

Agency of Industrial Marketing is a company that uses the latest methods and technologies in its day-to-day activities. You’ll hardly find a better place to master essential practical skills. Top management is personally interested in engaging young people and helping them reach their maximum potential, thus bringing added value to society

Yuriy Klek, a UNIT Factory student came to the AIM in February of 2018. At that time, the developers were working on GMA project (analytics automation). Yuriy’s key areas of interest included marketing and coding, and GMA was exactly the project that brought the two together. What a happy “coincidence”!

"This experience doesn’t even come close to studying at the university,” Yuriy shares. “It is here where I got to learn to work in a team, find information I need and use it efficiently. I’m currently undergoing selection at UNIT Factory where I’m ranked 3rd.

The internship at AIM has helped me immensely, since UNIT Factory applies peer-to-peer learning strategy where no lecturers are involved. Having strong interpersonal skills is absolutely essential, since you have to help the others, learn something new. You have to be able to fish out the information you need from a bunch of those available on the Internet and apply it correctly".

According to Yuriy, the training pace in the pool is extremely fast. One has to work 14 hours a day, 4 weeks in a row without weekends. It is mentally and physically exhausting. The farther you swim in the "pool", the bigger the challenges. Out of 280 people, 180 are left at the moment.

What helps this young man not to get discouraged and keep moving forward, despite challenges and obstacles?

"Having an ambition to better myself, acquire new knowledge and work hard on myself is what keeps me going. Every day, I get up with an urge to tackle a new task and turn my dream into reality. In order to achieve that, I do have to work really hard," Yuriy emphasized. “I would like to automate all the processes in order to facilitate the work manifold and reduce the time input. By bringing together coding skills and knowledge of economics, we can make it happen.”

Life throws us curveballs constantly, but it also has loads of incredible opportunities in store. What’s important is to be able to recognize them and seize them fearlessly. It’s good if we come to this realization when we are young.

Agency of Industrial Marketing welcomes trainees and interns wishing to acquire valuable skills in the field of intellectual services. The company deals with many interesting global projects, offers comfortable office space and clear tasks.

Last but not least, Yuri Klek urges the readers to work on themselves, train their brain and better themselves constantly.

We are wishing you all the success in your personal and professional development! Do not hesitate sharing this information with young people, for they are the very future of Ukraine.
